The term motivation is derived from the Latin word “movere” which means to move. Motivation is what moves us from boredom to interest, and it is like the streering wheel of a vehicle that directs our activities so that we would stay focus to our goals. Motivation represents phychological processes that fueled the arousal, direction, and persistence of voluntary activities which are goal oriented. Motivation is a kind of force that energizes behavior, gives direction to behavior, and underlies the tendency to persist towards any challenges may come along the way in our prowess to achieve our life goals.

Motivation For Success Is Not an Option
Motivation is a MUST. Don’t come out from our home without it! When a person feel motivated for whatever circumstances life challenges facing him(include her), he/she suppose to be never excuse mediocrity by rejecting success. You cannot ignore your greater motivated purpose, and low motivation and feel mediocrity will never fulfil it. Success and motivation also should not even an option. It is your responsibility, and to ignore the above (meant to take it for granted) is to court living way below your created potential. Thus, you must stay motivated to any goals and challenges.
