The nation was in a big shocked when three churches in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur allegedly targeted by unidentified arsonists earlier today. Leaders from both sides of political divide have strongly condemned the attack and calling for people to calm down in order to maintain peace and harmony in this multi-racial country.
How To Manage Provocation?
Have you ever experienced before that you feel provoked by a person, a group, or by sad incident that really test your patience level? Realize it or not, your thoughts after being provoked can determined your whole day/week/month/year either it starts with good note or otherwise. It even can determine the whole day’s/week’s/month’s/year’s mood. For me, I always want to start my day with good note; especially now we are just embarked into new year 2010. I don’t know about you.
