Motivation represents phychological processes that fueled the arousal, direction, and persistence of voluntary activities which are goal oriented. Motivation is a kind of force that energizes behavior, gives direction to behavior, and underlies the tendency to persist towards any challenges may come along the way in our prowess to achieve our life goals.
